Mechanical Engineer and MBA (Production, Quality & Transport) with over 3 decades of experience in production planning, supply chain management, and project human resource management. Former senior leader at Greaves Cotton, Revathy Equipment Construction, Pioneer Wincon, and Emergia Wind Turbine (MNC).
He specializes in establishing new factory facilities with seamless production workflows and has extensive experience in wind turbine design and international supply chain development.
Throughout his career, he has commissioned more than 300 MW of wind and solar projects, including 220 KVA substations and over 100 km of transmission line infrastructure, providing comprehensive end-to-end energy solutions.
Moorthy L
Moorthy is a highly accomplished technical and business leader and a graduate in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with more than 35 years of international experience across Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, Marine & Offshore Operations, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Power Generation sectors.
Currently serving as Director – Technical at Krita Renewables Pvt Ltd, he leads strategic initiatives in renewable energy integration, electrical auditing, battery energy storage systems, energy optimization, hazardous-area compliance, and sustainable infrastructure development.
His expertise spans offshore drilling operations, power generation systems, industrial electrical infrastructure, APFC optimization, harmonics mitigation, HV/LV systems, and hazardous-area engineering aligned with international standards including ATEX, IECEx, and CompEx. Moorthy is also a recognized author, trainer, and consultant in electrical systems, protective relaying, battery reliability, and industrial safety, supporting industries globally in achieving operational excellence, reliability, sustainability, and energy transition goals.
